Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, you can do so as long as you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date otherwise unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
However, since our product sells quickly, there is no guarantee that the exchanged item will be available, but we do offer refund in case of wrong sizes only when we confirm that the product is not damaged otherwise you will be funded half of the price.
It's the buyer is responsibility to cover the cost of exchange and amount will be deducted from the original refund.
Return costs will be covered by us for damaged or incorrect orders only.
We only accept return with full refund in case of defective, mistake made by our side.
Return offer is only limited for any order made inside United Arab Emirates and to be eligible for return you must meet the following:
- We shipped the wrong product (wrong design/color/size.)
- The Product is defective but must be notified within 3 days to our email.
Finaly, if there are any disputes, Baby twilight shop will have the final say.
Rest of the world: We offer free delivery for minimum order $350 outside of United Arab Emirates. Exchange is not applicable because of the costly shipping fees, however, we offer refund for any product proved to be damaged
