United Arab Emirates Delivery

Orders will be charged a flat rate of 30 AED. It takes 1-2 days to process your order after checkout while delivery takes around 2-3 working days. 

GCC countries: 

We use local shipping agency, so shipping fees depend on the weight of your order. It takes 1-2 days to process your orders and total of 8-9 working days to receive your order.

Please be aware that customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest getting in touch with your local customs office if you need any additional information on this.

You will receive tracking number once your order is dispatched. A confirmation email containing the tracking number to follow up the progress of your package will be sent.

Other Countries 

We ship online order within 1-2 business days from the date the order is received (this excludes holidays and weekends). Delivery will take about business 9-14 business days.
